These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and İnanç Atil ("we", "us", "the developer") governing your use of the Rosternado mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded it (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app; sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute it; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You must create an account to use the app and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
The app offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Rosternado Pro, which unlocks unlimited roster operations and uploads. A free tier with limited monthly operations is available without payment.
You retain ownership of the roster and profile data you enter or import. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the app for you and to share it with the friends you have approved, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your roster data. The app is a personal scheduling tool and must not be relied upon as an official or authoritative source for flight operations, duty limits, or crew planning. Always defer to your airline's official systems.
The app lets you import a roster from your airline's website through an in-app browser. You are responsible for using your airline's website in accordance with that airline's own terms. Rosternado is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, and airline names and codes are used only to identify your employer and duties.
You agree not to use the app to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; upload unlawful or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data; or interfere with the operation or security of the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or scheduling errors, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the licence granted to you ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Equivalent terms apply to Google in respect of downloads from Google Play. The app must be used in compliance with the applicable app store's terms of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
