Delete your account

Sorry to see you go. Deleting your account permanently removes the following data:

  • Your profile (name, email, profile picture).
  • All uploaded roster and schedule data.
  • Your friend connections and sharing permissions.
  • Push notification tokens tied to your device.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

The fastest way to remove your data is from inside Rosternado:

  1. Open the Rosternado app.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Tap it and confirm.

Option 2 — Request by email

Already uninstalled the app? Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process the deletion.

Data retention

Once processed, your personal data (profile, roster, friendships and related records) is permanently removed from our Supabase databases. Subscription billing history held by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat may be retained for accounting and legal compliance as required by law.

To prevent abuse of one-time free benefits (such as the free roster upload) by repeatedly deleting and recreating accounts, we retain a one-way, irreversible hash of your email address and social sign-in identifier. This value cannot be reversed to recover your email or identify you, and is kept solely for fraud prevention on the basis of our legitimate interest.
